It's really cold in my room!

I think that, despite my best efforts, I have bronchitis. I keep having really bad coughing fits. I slept most of today and then I had to work from 4 to 8. I was really, really sleepy all through work. I don't have to work tomorrow, but I have to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday all day.
Next week, I'm off Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - my birthday! I'm really glad I got my birthday off. That means my birthday party can proceed as planned. Yay! Unfortunately, I do have to work on Saturday. I'm going to be hungover and tired as hell on Saturday. I think that's an acceptable side effect of turning 25.

I'm depressed today. It started yesterday, when I went to see my therapist. It got better for a little while, and then it got worse again as soon as I left my room. No good ever comes from leaving my apartment. I have to work tonight, then Lindsay and I are going to karaoke. I'm hoping that I can snap myself out of this funk and have a good time.
I need a better job. I need to win some play competitions. I need things to look forward to. I need cool friends, weekends, and something to live for.

Working All Weekend
When I started working at the pharmacy, Friday was the day all the cashiers have to come in to work because Friday was the day of the week when we would stock new inventory. Friday was called "Truck Day." But, a few weeks ago, "Truck Day" changed to Saturday. And it's going to stay Saturday for the foreseeable future. Which means I may never have a Saturday off again as long as I work at the pharmacy. My manager also likes to have me work all day Sunday. This has been the 3rd or 4th weekend in a row when I've worked a total of 16 hours. I wouldn't mind as much if Amanda and I weren't keeping precisely opposite schedules. She comes home, I go to work, I come home, she goes to sleep. Saturdays and Sundays suck, because it's the weekend for my mom and Amanda and Nick - but not for me.
At the Bus Station

While waiting for the bus on Wednesday afternoon, a man offered to take me to lunch. When I said, "I have to catch my bus," he said, "Just take the next one." I said, "No, thanks anyway." He said, "You're hot!" as I walked away. I was a little creeped out but I still said, "Thanks."
This kind of thing really never happens to me.
